HolidayHub is built for family planning. This page explains the privacy baseline for the public MVP.
What we store
We store the account details, child profiles, friendships, activity listings, and planning data needed to run the app. Provider organizations can also store organization profiles and team membership information.
Visibility controls
Parent-created activity records are public by default, but they appear with the neutral source label User Added instead of a creator identity. Child-specific Going details are only visible to friends, and school-level discovery is not used.

If you need data corrected or removed, or if you have a privacy concern, use the contact options on the contact page so the HolidayHub team can review it.
